Free Assessment Offer
Our free elevator pit and below-grade leak assessment is offered at no cost and with no obligation. The assessment includes a visual inspection and a written summary of findings. It does not constitute an engineering report or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Detailed proposals and service agreements are provided separately if you choose to move forward.
$500 Performance Promise
Our $500 Performance Promise applies to free pit assessments. If we do not identify at least one meaningful way to reduce your water risk or inspection exposure during the assessment, we will donate $500 to a charity of your building's choosing. This promise applies to qualifying commercial and multifamily properties in our service area. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion.
